Eric and Catherine have been annual visitors to St John since 2011. They purchased a hurricane damaged property in 2018 and lovingly restored the quaint cottage in Coral Bay. They painted it lime green and named it Lime Time. They were hooked, so in November of 2019, they purchased Villa Agel, another hurricane damaged property and restored her to her original glory! In 2021, they purchased a third hurricane damaged property, Casanita.
